Recovery is about far more than achieving sobriety—it is about rebuilding a life, a career, and the trust that makes both possible. This session explores the unique role recovery coaching plays in helping high-performing professionals move beyond sobriety to sustained personal and professional success.
Participants will gain a practical understanding of how recovery coaching differs from executive coaching, why rebuilding relationships, credibility, and trust is foundational to long-term recovery, and when recovery coaching—or referral to a recovery coach—can best support a client's success.

PAST PROGRAMS
Most coaches know what they should be doing to grow their practice—but don't always do it consistently. In this practical and reflective webinar, leadership strategist and certified coach Jaime Mann explores the self-leadership challenges that often stand between coaches and business growth. Participants will identify patterns such as avoidance, imposter feelings, emotional reasoning, and unclear business identity, and leave with a simple Business Identity Reset Ritual to support greater visibility, confidence, and consistency.
Join Triad Coaching Connection for an engaging and practical workshop on ethics in coaching with Steve Buisson, Founder & CEO of Executive Balance. Through real-world case studies and guided discussion, participants will explore how to navigate ethical ambiguity, protect client welfare, manage sponsor-client tensions, and apply the ICF Code of Ethics as a practical decision-making framework for modern coaching practice.
Most coaching focuses on goals. Most therapy focuses on symptoms. But many clients struggle in a different space altogether—the search for meaning, purpose, and authentic living.
In this May program, Eric Maisel introduces Existential Wellness Coaching, a model designed to help coaches work with clients at that deeper level. Grounded in existential philosophy and practical application, this approach offers a way to support those experiencing what Maisel calls existential distress—the unease that arises not from pathology, but from a lack of meaning.
