Triad Coaching Connection Committees
Our committees are where passion, purpose, and collaboration come alive. Together, these teams transform ideas into impact, creating lasting change in our coaching community and beyond.
Committee: Program Committee
Purpose: We are dedicated to delivering high-quality programs that provide professional development for our members, provoke thought, and deliver learning that can be applied in coaching practices. Programs are presented during the monthly membership meeting.
Wins:
We have consistently received program evaluation scores of 4.5 or more (5 point scale) for the past 2 years.
Our hybrid delivery has helped make programs accessible to a broader range of members. The variety of programs has tracked with the request and suggestions from our membership.
We surveyed to determine what might enhance attendance at programs, and in 2026, we will begin shortening our programs to 90 minutes.
Our Goals for 2026:
Provide engaging and relevant content that achieves a minimum 90% satisfaction rating from program participants, as measured through post-event surveys.
Publish a concise summary of each program, including key takeaways and a link to the session recording, in the Triad Coaching Connection newsletter to extend learning and accessibility.
Present 11 programs in 2026 that represent a range of topics and formats aligned with current trends and emerging areas of interest in the coaching field, as defined by leading professional organizations and literature.
Ensure that at least 30% of 2026 programs are member-led — designed, facilitated, or co-facilitated by Triad Coaching Connection members. This initiative promotes professional growth, highlights member expertise, and strengthens community connection through active contribution.
Committee: Comms
Purpose: The TCC Communication Committee works to ensure programming and membership information is available and shared in a clear and beneficial manner. We collaborate with other committees to inform and educate our members and the greater community about the offerings available through TCC.
Volunteer Opportunities:
Committee members work on member emails, event promotion, social media promotion, and article and blog writing, etc.
Committee: DEIB
Purpose:
The purpose of our DEIB Committee is to ensure that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are intentionally embedded into how we serve, lead, grow, and interact as a coaching community. And in that recognition, we are interested in, curious about and respectful of those differences.
At its core, the purpose of DEIB is to ensure that TCC doesn’t operate from a single, narrow worldview. Coaching is about helping people grow and widen their perspectives, as we come with different identities, experiences, and barriers. The DEIB Committee aims to help the organization stay aware of that reality and act on it intentionally.
DEIB Committee’s goals are to ensure that:
Our coaching practices are culturally responsive and relevant.
Our standards and opportunities are equitable and accessible.
Our leadership and membership reflect a diversity of voices, experiences, thoughts, and perspectives.
DEIB also challenges us to ask important questions:
Who may not yet feel welcomed or represented here?
Where might unintentional bias exist in our systems or decisions?
How do we create not just inclusion—but true belonging?

Committee: Membership Committee
Purpose: The Membership Committee welcomes both new and existing members to TCC, creating a space where meaningful connections and a strong sense of community can thrive. We are passionate about helping every member feel supported, valued, and engaged from the very beginning of their journey.
Through initiatives like our Bridges Program—pairing new members with dedicated TCC Ambassadors for personalized onboarding—as well as social gatherings and collaborative professional development opportunities, we create intentional pathways for connection and involvement.
Our purpose is simple: to cultivate an inclusive, welcoming, and dynamic membership experience where every member has the opportunity to grow, connect, and belong.
