Sarah Nielsen, PhD, is a psychologist, executive coach, and leadership advisor with more than 20 years of experience studying and developing effective leadership. Her work focuses on helping individuals and organizations better understand leadership potential, navigate career transitions, and strengthen the capabilities needed to lead teams and organizations successfully.
Sarah partners with both emerging and experienced leaders through executive coaching, leadership assessment, and facilitated development experiences. She conducts leadership assessments for both selection and development purposes, and designs and facilitates leadership workshops and retreats that help leaders step back, reflect, and build practical strategies for growth and effectiveness.
Her approach is grounded in behavioral science and tailored to the needs of each client and organization. Sarah holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is an ICF-ACC certified coach (Brown University), certified in several leadership and personality assessment tools, and a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator.
