Bradley McDevitt, MA, PCC, is an executive coach and facilitator who blends depth psychology, theater, and leadership development into transformational insights for clients. He founded IACULUS Coaching & Consulting and developed Theater of Self, a methodology that draws on his extensive theater training and embodied cognition to build highly focused attention, resilience, and agency.
As an affiliate coach with the Center for Creative Leadership, Bradley coaches managers and executives in CCL's leadership development programs. He pairs assessment data (WorkPlace Big Five, FIRO-B, Benchmarks 360) with Presence-Based Coaching®, somatic practice, and imaginal work, so each insight becomes a practice the client can carry into daily leadership.
He brings 30 years of professional theater experience as a creator, performer, and teacher; that background shapes how he reads presence, voice, and room dynamics. He teaches depth psychology and creativity as adjunct faculty at Pacifica Graduate Institute, where he earned his MA in Depth Psychology & Creativity.
Bradley holds the ICF PCC credential and is a Certified Jungian Coach through IAJCC.
He also co-chairs the Program Committee for TCC.
