Bradley McDevitt, MA, ACC is a leadership-development coach and facilitator who blends depth psychology, the arts, and evidence-based assessment to spark durable growth in individuals and teams. Drawing on two decades of experience designing transformative learning experiences—from graduate classrooms to Fortune 500 boardrooms—Bradley helps leaders cultivate the self-awareness, creative range, and inclusive presence required to thrive in today’s complex, fast-moving environments. Bradley McDevitt, MA, PCC, is an executive coach and facilitator who blends depth psychology, theater, and leadership development. He founded IACULUS Coaching & Consulting and developed Theater of Self, a methodology that draws on theater training and embodied cognition to build attention, resilience, and agency.
As an affiliate coach with the Center for Creative Leadership, Bradley coaches managers and executives in CCL's leadership development programs. He pairs assessment data (WorkPlace Big Five, FIRO-B, Benchmarks 360) with Presence-Based Coaching®, somatic practice, and imaginal work, so each insight becomes a practice the client can carry into daily leadership.
He brings thirty years of professional theater experience as a creator, performer, and teacher; that background shapes how he reads presence, voice, and the dynamics of a room. He teaches depth psychology and creativity as adjunct faculty at Pacifica Graduate Institute, where he earned his MA in Depth Psychology & Creativity.
Bradley holds the ICF PCC credential and is a Certified Jungian Coach through IAJCC.
He also co-chairs the Program Committee for TCC.
