Program Overview

Recovery is about far more than achieving sobriety—it is about rebuilding a life, a career, and the trust that makes both possible. This session explores the unique role recovery coaching plays in helping high-performing professionals move beyond sobriety to sustained personal and professional success.

Participants will gain a practical understanding of how recovery coaching differs from executive coaching, why rebuilding relationships, credibility, and trust is foundational to long-term recovery, and when recovery coaching—or referral to a recovery coach—can best support a client's success.

  • Increase awareness and reduce stigma surrounding addiction and recovery by recognizing its prevalence among high-performing professionals and its impact on individuals and organizations.

Martha Kesler

Many Triad Coaching Connection members know Martha Kesler as a fellow coach, former Program Chair, and Board member.

An executive coach, leadership development consultant, and organization development practitioner with more than 25 years of experience, Martha helps leaders navigate growth, change, and greater leadership impact.

Her practice also includes a specialty in recovery coaching for high-performing professionals, drawing on both executive coaching expertise and lived experience.
