Program Overview
Most coaches don’t struggle because they lack skill, heart, or good intentions. Often, the biggest barrier to business growth isn’t strategy — it’s self-leadership.
In this practical and reflective webinar, Jaime Mann will explore why coaches often know what to do to grow their practice, but don’t consistently do it. We’ll look at how imposter feelings, avoidance, emotional reasoning, unclear offers, and identity gaps can quietly interfere with visibility, confidence, and consistency.
Participants will explore the shift from “coach mode” to “business owner mode” and identify where they may be downplaying, hesitating, or waiting for permission. The session will include reflection, discussion, and a simple weekly Business Identity Reset Ritual coaches can use before writing content, networking, having sales conversations, pitching themselves, or reviewing their numbers.
Participants will:
Identify the self-leadership patterns that may be interfering with business growth, including avoidance, imposter feelings, emotional reasoning, and unclear business identity.
Recognize the difference between “coach mode” and “business owner mode,” and where that identity shift is needed in their own practice.
Apply a simple weekly Business Identity Reset Ritual to support greater visibility, clarity, courage, and consistency in business-building activities.
