Program Overview

This program will focus on the key findings from the recently released groundbreaking study, The Business of Coaching—a global study focused on the entrepreneurial behaviors and business development practices of coaches worldwide. As the coaching industry continues to grow rapidly, we’ll be discussing how coaches navigate business, marketing, and profitability—while balancing purpose and profit. We’ll explore what’s working, what’s challenged, and how coaches are fusing matters of the heart and wallet in today’s coaching landscape.

Outcomes:

  • Gain insight into current trends shaping the coaching industry and how successful coaches are growing their businesses.

  • Reflect and assess your own business development practices and visibility strategy.

  • Leave with practical ideas to expand your offerings, track meaningful business metrics, and align your work with both purpose and profitability.
