Program Overview
Belonging is not just a concept - it is a vital part of our well-being, both as individuals and as coaches. This month, four of our most seasoned members - Val Boston, Joyce Richman, Harrell Roberts, and Jane Walter - will guide us in exploring the true meaning of belonging and why it is essential to our personal and professional growth.
Together, we will uncover how belonging serves as the “glue” that strengthens Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and how it shapes the way we show up authentically in our coaching community.

Dr. Harrel Roberts
While I am in the sunset of my professional career, I have had the great fortune of working with coaching clients nationally and on many other continents, aiding clients, at varying levels of authority, to become more effective in leading themselves and others, in for-profit and non-profit settings. I have also been a supervising coach to other coaches. I am effective with demanding clients, with whom other coaches have not had success, in having them commit to doing the needed work to gain forward movement for themselves and for their careers, and in successfully working with others.
Dr. Jane Walter
Is an innovative consultant in leadership development and a Board-certified Executive Coach. Her specialties include developing strong leaders through targeted coaching with the resiliency to address complex organizational initiatives in corporate, non-profit, governmental and educational settings.
