I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Certified Military Transition Coach (CMTC) with about 20 years' experience coaching in organizations. I have a faculty of eight CMTCs who assist with the facilitation of training programs for coaches and organizations that employ veterans. I enjoy coaching coaches and being in the company of those interested in lifelong learning and self-development. Certified in most of the COTS assessments of style and leadership competency, EQ, etc. Lots of experience coaching individuals challenged to perform or engage in organizational contexts.
