I have committed my career to helping individuals and organizations improve through leadership development. During my 26 years at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), I brought my expertise in research, evaluation, coaching, facilitation, and consulting to leaders as they were advancing in their careers, and to organizations that were transforming their cultures. I bring this experience to Leap & Inspire Global, LLC.
I focus on helping individuals and organizations achieve their full potential through coaching, consulting, and development. The fact is that organizations and societies are at their best when they are informed by diversity of experience, thought, and practice. Yet achieving such diversity is only possible when systems, processes, and cultures are inclusive and based in equitable practices.
My passion is in helping organizations and leaders do the hard work required to become inclusive and equitable, and helping women and individuals in traditionally underrepresented groups identify and break through the barriers they confront in their leadership journeys.
