I work with high-performing professionals, often in consulting, tech, or MBA-track careers, who've built something real and are starting to notice that the version of success they're living no longer quite matches who they are. They're not in crisis. They're noticing a signal. My job is to help them take it seriously before it becomes one.
Most of my clients are navigating one of a few familiar inflection points: a crossroads decision they can't spreadsheet their way through, a burnout pattern that keeps resurfacing despite their best efforts, or a quieter realization that they've been running on someone else's definition of success for longer than they'd like to admit. I help them build a path forward that holds up in real life, one that honors their ambition without requiring self-abandonment.
My coaching is grounded in Integral Coaching through New Ventures West, which means it's practice-based and experiment-oriented rather than advice-driven. Before launching Compass & Flame, I spent fifteen years at KPMG working inside the kinds of large, complex organizations my clients navigate every day. That background means I understand the real stakes: mortgages, families, reputations, politics. I won't pretend the answer is to simply "follow your passion." I help people tell the truth sooner about what's working and what isn't, and then move deliberately toward something that fits.
