Presenter: Ken Davis, PhD

More and more these days we are hearing about the importance of Neuroscience in helping us to understand human behavior and motivations.  In Ken’s newly released book, “The Emotional Foundations of Personality,” he discusses how emotions affect our understanding of personality and how we might use this information when coaching our clients.  He will offer case studies, which demonstrate how the theory can be applied in real time.

Benefits to you:   •  To make a connection to understanding personality based on the findings in neuroscience research.  Ken’s experience as a leadership coach for over 30 years and his understanding of the science of emotions offers a novel perspective.    •  Ken will apply his own coaching experience to help participants understand how to apply Affective Neuroscience to the 360 degree personality assessment, SPE 4.0.  The SPE 4.0 features six emotional brain systems

Presenter:Ken Davis is the co-author of a book titled “The Emotional Foundations of Personality: A neurobiological and evolutionary perspective” that was published just this year.   He has been working in the field of neuroscience, as a leadership development practitioner, and as a CCL Executive Coach for many years.
