Exploring Crucial Conversations and Crucial Accountability

  • Women's Resource Center 628 Summit Avenue Greensboro, NC, 27405 United States (map)

Presenter: Corliss McGinty, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

While it can be useful to know your conflict style, what if you could learn skills to actually hold Crucial Conversations.  As children, we heard messages like “ children should be seen and not hear” or “ if you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all. “

In this presentation we will explore both the Vital Smarts Crucial Conversation and Crucial Accountability models. You will learn what to do to get your Heart and your Head right before and how to get back on track during if things get heated or people shut down.
