Following the brief annual TCC Business meeting, including members’ election and approval of the 2018 Board of Directors, the March program will be an hour+ feast at the “Coaches’ Café.” You will have a menu of small plates to choose from served by our very own coaches. Selections will be from the following entreés:
Entrée 1: What’s the Best Way to Coach Crabby, Crustaceous, Confounding, Curmudgeonly People? (and why you should try) This is your chance to talk about the challenges you face as a coach and to ask your colleagues, “What can you do when…?” 'Chef' Joyce Richman is an Executive Coach, author, columnist, speaker, who is often called upon to work with cranky leaders and their teams of crusty employees.
Entrée 2: Secrets of the Top 10%: How the best-of-the-best grow their coaching business by attracting new clients. Jim Blaylock is a certified sales consultant who helps clients have unfair advantage in the marketplace.
Entrée 3: Val Boston will serve up “The value of minority coaching in an ever changing market”
Entrée 4: Cate Wineburg is preparing a dish of Health and Wellness in coaching
Entrée 5: Michael Beitler, author of “Strategic Organizatioanal Change” will carve a helping of Mindfulness.
Entrée 6: Harrell Roberts, coaching chef extraordinaire, is designing a special dish that will be revealed at the Café! This surprise dish will be sure to delight!
