What inspired you to pursue your current career or passion?
I began in the performing arts, creating and directing theater. Over time, what fascinated me wasn’t performance itself, but what the training cultivated in myself: presence under pressure, emotional range, attunement to others, and the ability to make sense of complex social situations in real time. That sensibility translated naturally into leadership and coaching work. I began focusing on how embodied awareness and sense-making skills help people build trust, navigate uncertainty, and live more effectively, with more wonder and joy.
2. What hobbies or interests do you pursue outside of work?
I’m an avid rock climber and an amateur adventure racer—long days that combine running, mountain biking, kayaking, maps, and compasses. It’s part endurance, part problem-solving, part play. Being out in the woods, navigating terrain and uncertainty, keeps me grounded in the same joy I found as a kid, running through the forest, enjoying the beauty and bringing back hidden treasures.
3. How do you give back to your community or support causes you care about?
Working with young people has been a consistent source of purpose for me. I’ve seen how embodied, creative practice can help adolescents and young adults develop confidence, agency, and a steadier relationship to themselves and others. Whenever possible, I focus on creating spaces where young people can slow down, experiment, and discover that they have more capacity and choice than they may have been taught to believe. Supporting that sense of agency feels like a meaningful way to contribute to the health of the wider community.
