Presenters: Robert “Dusty” Staub and Christine Staub, M.D.
Program Description: Courage is a multifaceted quality, and can be spoken of in terms of at least eight distinct types of heart-centered acts. For individuals, whether at home, at work or in the community, recognizing and cultivating those acts of courage that are the least developed invariably makes an important difference, producing increased life satisfaction and successful outcomes. Using many stories from personal and professional life, as well as some experiential exercises and small-group breakouts, Robert “Dusty” and Christine Staub intend to leave participants with some important insights and tools that can be put to immediate use.
Benefit of Program for Coaches: The Courage and Wholehearted Leadership concepts and tools that will be covered are easy to apply, personally as well as professionally. There are plenty of follow-up resources available, as well as the opportunity for cooperative networking with coaches who have their own messages about courage to share with the world.
