The Future of Coaching

  • Women's Resource Center 628 Summit Avenue Greensboro, NC, 27405 United States (map)

Program Description:

Based on recent research regarding trends in coaching and other fields of human expertise, I will introduce identified trends and challenges, and then facilitate related large and small group discussions with membership. Small group discussions will focus on members’ personal observations, including additional challenges and best practices for meeting them. Large group discussions will focus on trend implications for coaches and the Triad Coaching Connection.

Benefit of Program for Coaches:

1) Raise awareness and consider the impact of technological, societal, and organizational trends on our work and that of our clients.

2) Share our knowledge of resources and best practices in preparing for and meeting the ensuing challenges and opportunities.

3) Recognize crucial skills for development.
