Presenters: Marian Ruderman, Ph.D Director of Research Horizons Group at The Center for Creative Leadership and Elena Svetieva, Ph.D. – Post Doctoral Fellow at The Center for Creative Leadership

Introduction:  Leadership development coaches are often asked to help clients deal with stress.  Wearables offer promise as tools for helping leaders understand triggers of stress, how stress manifests in the body, and the kinds of methods that may help them best cope with stress.  In this session, we will test out several devices and technologies to better understand how they can be used in leadership development coaching. These devices represent some of the earliest attempts to integrate mental and emotional wellness in bio- technology for everyday use. You are among the first to help us evaluate these devices and think through the value of these tools.
