Using Open Space Technology, Ronnie Grabon and Kim Yarbray will guide participants through a process, which can be adapted to any setting where you are working with groups of people who need to have complex conversations. Developed by Harrison Owen after many experiences organizing conferences, Open Space Technology provides a structure and a set of tools that empower groups to self-organize around what feels most important to them.
This meeting will focus on us. As participants in TCC, our main focus is coaching – how to do it well, improve our practices, serve our clients, build successful businesses, and find needed support. In this meeting we will learn more about each other, the dreams we share, and the role TCC can play in that.
This program is designed to let us:
- learn about Open Space Technology
- learn how OST enables us to listen and learn about others’ interests and needs
- use OST to help us discover more about each other, our development and TCC’s role in that process
