How to provide feedback, SBI, Situation, Behavior, Impact. Boundary Setting - start with identifying your capacity and needs before figuring out what people on the other side of any boundary (department, level, organization) need. Their glass ceiling research and DEI work is also very useful. I use different tools in different situations.
