Magdalena has an extensive background in business development, transformational change, consulting, and academics that give her a broad perspective for understanding leadership and corporate challenges.

With 20+ years in directive roles within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, she has experience developing competitive advantages for leading global corporations such as Estée Lauder Companies, The Coca-Cola Company, SC Johnson, and Procter & Gamble in Latin America. Throughout her career, she has skillfully developed and led high-performing teams with a regional focus and spearheaded transformative processes to drive sustainable impact.

As a business consultant, Magdalena guides clients across diverse industries, providing insight in corporate strategy, change management, strategy execution, and leadership. She has been a pivotal figure in professional coaching, lending her expertise as an advisor and facilitator for BTS Consulting Group—a global leader in strategy execution, change management, and leadership development. Additionally, she has played a significant role in the Art of Business Coaching (ABC) program offered by Newfield Consulting and led coaches who support the professional development of undergraduate and graduate students at Duke University as a member of the CAIRNS program.

Magdalena served as a postgraduate guest professor and master project advisor for MBA and EMBA students at the Business School of Adolfo Ibáñez University in Chile, participated as a Teaching Assistant at the prestigious Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke, and supported the K12 education as a teacher for elementary and middle school students at Chapel-Hill Carrboro County and Forsyth County Schools.

Magdalena received her graduate degree in Environmental Leadership (DEL-MEM) in 2023 from the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University, a B.B.A in Business Administration in 2001 from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and was certified as a Senior Ontological Coach in 2014 from Newfield Consulting. Her academic strengths include business, psychology, neuroscience, communication, and organizational development. During her time at Duke University, Magdalena conducted groundbreaking research focusing on the leadership development of environmental professionals. Her thesis, entitled "Leadership for Thriving," introduced a framework that nurtures leadership and storytelling capabilities to inspire climate action within the business community.
