Paul Roithmayr is an Executive Coach and Consultant at Same Page Solutions LLC. He is also the Founder and Managing Principal. Paul has been helping individuals, teams, and organizations enhance effectiveness and viability for over 25 years. Using methods from the behavioral and social sciences, he works with clients to drive change while expanding their capacity to learn and adapt.

Coaching and Consulting Experience

Paul has worked in a wide range of industries (including technology, manufacturing, media and entertainment, utility, healthcare, financial, transportation, outdoor recreation, and services), and he has demonstrated expertise in working with CEOs, front-line employees, and all levels in between. Paul has worked with business leaders from Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, and he is adept at working in all phases of an organization’s life cycle (i.e., start-up, fast-growth, sustained operation, merger, acquisition, and contraction). Paul’s range of experience has honed his ability to help leaders achieve desired results within extremely diverse and challenging contexts. Representative assignments include:

  • Coached senior and C-suite executives in multiple industries to enhance their capability to lead and manage complex organizational change and transition, set them up for success in new roles, help prepare them for promotion, and expand their overall capacity to lead.

  • Drove global succession planning process for the second largest division of a Fortune 50 hightech company (14,000 employees) and advanced leadership readiness across multiple geographies to meet global growth requirements. Coached international leaders holding key operational and technical roles.

  • Led multi-year effort to integrate cultures of an acquirer and a key competitor’s manufacturing operation. Coached 8 senior leaders on methods to drive cultural alignment within subunits. Subsequently, the operation dramatically improved safety performance and contributed $5B in annual revenue to the acquirer’s top line, a significant leap from pre-acquisition revenues.

  • Coached 6 international product development team leaders on team leadership and meeting effectiveness at a pharmaceutical company as part of an effort to establish a formal crossfunctional team structure and ultimately reduce product development cycle time.

  • Coached 52 manufacturing team leaders across four shifts to help a manufacturing organization transition to a self-directed, team-based culture.

Leadership Experience

Prior to founding Same Page Solutions in 2008, Paul held Organization Development (OD) leadership roles at several highly-respected, global companies. Paul served as Vice President of OD at Gemstar-TV Guide International where he started the new corporate-wide function and managed strategic capability initiatives globally and across multiple business platforms. Prior to that, Paul was Director of OD and Training at Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation where he helped establish a new OD and Training function. He also held various domestic and international OD roles at Intel Corporation over a 12 year period. Early in his career, Paul was involved in basic and applied research on aircrew performance and airline accidents with the NASA / University of Texas / FAA Aerospace Crew Research Project and managed 30 phone interviewers researching the high-tech market at IntelliQuest, a Market Research and Strategy firm.

Education, Training, and Certifications

Paul holds a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (with a certificate of specialization in OD and Leadership) from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. Certifications include:

  • Hogan Assessment Suite, including the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), the Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and the Motives, Values, and Preferences Inventory (MVPI).
