Executive Leadership Academy—2024

Triad Coaching Connections has partnered with the Non-Profit Consortium to staff the Executive Leadership Academy. This is a 6-month program that runs from January – June 2024. The 12 participants, who are executives in local non-profits, meet in a group session each month at the Center for Creative Leadership.

Coaches meet with participants for 2 hours the morning of January 12, 2024 (this is non-negotiable and in person). Thereafter, the coach and the participant work together for 1 hour per month, generally during the 4th week of each month. That timing is negotiable between the participant and the coach.

Coach Selection

The factors that we will consider when selecting a coach for this program are as follows:

  • Experience coaching people with leadership responsibility in organizations

  • Experience with assessments

  • Experience in the non-profit sector

  • Demonstrated commitment to work in the non-profit sector

  • Demonstrated commitment to learning

  • Active involvement in Triad Coaching Connections

Coach Training

Anticipating that some individuals may need training and/or mentoring in this work, we have developed a group of mentors who have worked in the program in prior years. Anyone selected who does not have sufficient experience in all of the required areas will have to commit additional time to be trained and/or mentored during the program. If you don’t feel you can commit this additional, unpaid time, please do not apply for this year. We can consider you in the future when you have greater availability.

We anticipate that we will not be able to select everyone who is interested. Approximately 6 spots are available for this year. This coaching is paid at the rate of $600 for the entire assignment. If you are interested in coaching in this program, please send a note, with bio and/or resume to Ronnie Grabon at rsgrabon@gmail.com and help us understand your qualifications and desire to coach in this program.

The goal of the coaching is to assist the executives in integrating and developing the leadership training with their organizational challenges and personal styles.

We have many long-standing coaches in this program and are in the process of recruiting and training new coaches in order to assure the sustainability of this program.
