Program Description:  This program will look at the way technology is changing how feedback is gathered for professional development.  We will share some new resources and discuss the implications of different digital formats on the feedback and coaching process.  We will also compare established competency based assessments with more qualitative and customized options of 360 feedback.

Benefit of Program for Coaches:  This will help coaches identify new feedback tools and resources, exchange best practices, and assist in integrating technology into their coaching practice.

Glenn Newsom, PhD - For his entire career, Glenn has been interested in the personal growth and development of individuals. Informed by his work as a psychologist/counselor, he has been working as an executive coach and consultant since 2000.  

Peter Hazelrigg, MS, MDiv – For the last decade, Peter has been an executive coach and facilitator.  His background in counseling, ministry, and non-profit management forms the foundation for his practice today.
