My focus as a coach is to encourage clients to create space for new thoughts and ideas which impact current behaviors, and assumptions. I encourage clients to understand their inner experiences such as feelings and somatic responses, and how they are impacted by current behaviors and life-long habits.
By asking questions and creating a dialogue atmosphere I invite internal awareness and help clients name their own experience.
As the inquiry grows, so does self-awareness, resourcefulness, and compassion.
