Serve With Purpose

Each year, coaches from our TCC community partner with The Non-Profit Consortium to support nonprofit leaders in strengthening critical leadership competencies such as resilience, self-awareness, and authentic leadership. The six-month program is held at the Center for Creative Leadership and guided by experienced facilitators. Selected TCC coaches provide six coaching sessions over the course of the program, walking alongside leaders who rarely have the space for this level of focused development and reflection.

The impact extends beyond the individual leader—benefiting their organizations and the communities they serve. While we are not able to select everyone who expresses interest, those who have participated consistently describe the experience as both meaningful and professionally enriching.

Beginning in March, member profiles for those who have not renewed their 2026 membership will be removed from the TCC Directory.

The Directory is a valued member benefit and reflects our current, active coaching community. If you intend to renew, we encourage you to do so soon to ensure uninterrupted visibility and referral opportunities.

Connect in Community

Jazz at the O.Henry – Thursday, March 19

Join fellow TCC members for an evening of live jazz at the O.Henry Hotel. Arrive by 4:45 PM so we can secure seating together.

Artists Dave Fox (piano), Drew Hayes (saxophone), and Matt Kendrick (double bass) will be joined by guest vocalists performing selections from the Great American Songbook, swing and modal classics from the late ’50s and early ’60s, and Brazilian jazz favorites.

Featured vocalist Wesley Charles (McCleary-Small)—Director of Vocal Music at Penn Griffin School for the Arts—brings a rich performance background spanning opera, musical theatre, choral chamber music, and jazz.

There is no cover charge. Guests are responsible for their own food and beverages.
