As coaches, we are often called upon to work with clients who are struggling with issues in the areas of strategy, marketing and Human Resources. Often our tools are personal or team development or improved communication. However, sometimes there is a process, strategy or structure that is an integral part of the conversation. How do we separate coaching from consulting? What are the ethical issues in these situations?
