We each have a preferred approach to our coaching practice…..a model; a process; a methodology we use and adapt based on each client’s individual learning and growth objectives.
But at what point in a coaching process is it appropriate, even necessary that the coach be innovative in their approach to this work?
Working in small groups dialoguing with 4 other coaches with varying levels of experience, we will explore insights and applications that can help address the diverse needs of our coaching clients. Our key findings will be shared with the larger group.

Sue Kennedy is principal of SMK Consulting, a leadership and Organizational Development consulting consortium whose mission is to work with leadership teams to clarify a vision to assist in the development and implementation of a plan for change. She is also a member of the adjunct faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership and a Sr. Consultant for Discovery Learning.
Jane Walter is principal of Career Development Consultants, a consulting firm that integrates strategic planning for organizational change by addressing the complexities of the organization and their target market. Specialty areas include global leadership, conflict in the workplace, executive and legacy coaching, and building and sustaining high performance teams. She is also an Executive Coach at CCL.
