Presenter: Kara Penfield, PhD
This program will address how you, as a coach, can design a plan to evaluate your impact when working with clients. Kara will engage participants in a discussion around what intended outcomes for coaching may be and then present a framework for the design an implementation of a Coaching Impact Evaluation Plan. Participants will be lead through a process of identifying their intended outcomes, designing ways to evaluate their clients’ experience according to those outcomes, and how they may interpret and apply the results toward the continuous improvement of their service delivery.
